TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENT
• Payment through Paypal, Vgen or Ko-fi
• Always use $USD
• Full Payment 100% upfront
or
• Pay 50% upfront for booking and 50% after sketch approved.
• Commission >$300 will have more payment plans.
• More complicated than usual request, that needs extra price will be discussed in the chat.
COMMERCIAL USES
• Commercial Fee +100% (you may use it for streaming/videos, monetize, etc.)
DO’s and DONT’s
• Do’s : NSFW, NSFW (sex), Fanart, Anime Background, Character Design, Furry, GL/Yuri, Kemono Mimi, Animal, Chibi, Fetish.
• Dont’s : , Mecha, Gore, Vore, Scat BL/Yaoi.
CLIENT'S RIGHTS AND USE
• Client bought commission artwork for personal use, not allowed to monetize.
• Commercial purpose like monetizing requires Commercial fee agreement.
• Prints for personal use it's allowed.
• Use as profile for personal use it's allowed.
• Dont's use my work for AI Training, NFT, Crypto.
DEADLINE & TURNAROUND TIME
• If you need me a certain deadline, let me know in advance and I'll let you know whether I can work with those condition or not.
• Rough Estimation for each commission
(in case Client's confirm the concept progress less than 24 hour and not in a lot of queue)
• Bust up 2-3 days
• Halfbody 3-5 days
• Fullbody 5-7 days
• Fullbody + BG 7-14 days
REFUND POLICY
• If you cancel your commission when no work has been done yet, I will refund you 100%
• If I cannot complete it due to grave reasons such as hospitalization, I will refund you 100%
